Physiotherapy

Physical therapy, also known as physiotherapy, is one of the allied health professions that, by using mechanical force and movements, manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy, remediates impairments and promotes mobility and function.

Physiotherapy works by stretching the muscles to reduce muscle spasms, increase flexibility and help break down scar tissue.

It is great for helping you recover from injuries, surgery and eliminating repetition strain from the neck and shoulders which is caused by poor posture and sitting for long periods of time.
